    YCZX stainless steel filter tank is a side-in, side-out single-bag liquid filtration system that operates on a mechanical barrier separation principle:


    The Stainless Steel Filter Tank


    Inlet Feed: Impure, turbid liquid (Impurity liquid) enters the sealed stainless steel housing under pressure from the left inlet.


    Filtration Process: The liquid flows downward through the disposable filter bag (supported by a perforated stainless steel basket). Solid particles, debris, and contaminants larger than the filter bag's rated pore size (1–300μm, customizable) are trapped inside the bag, while clean liquid penetrates the filter medium.


    Outlet Discharge: The clarified, filtered liquid (Clean liquid) exits the housing from the right outlet for downstream use.


    Maintenance & Drainage: Trapped contaminants accumulate in the filter bag over time. The bottom drain port allows for emptying the housing, and the top quick-open clamp design enables fast, tool-free replacement of the filter bag to restore filtration efficiency.
