Pressure Booster Systems for Industrial Pressure Optimization

Pneumatic booster pumps/regulators are mainly used for secondary pressurization of compressed air in factories, easily solve the problem of insufficient compressed air pressure, increase the pressure of the workshop's air supply system. They are fully pneumatical, no need power supply or electrical wiring; simple configuration requires only the compressed air of the working system as the source, and occupy little space; as no electrical equipment, they generate little heat and do not produce electromagnetic radiation.

Booster pumps boost air pressure without using electricity in industrial pneumatic systems. The key advantages include enabling precise control of high-pressure actuators using standard low-pressure instrumentation, improving system response speed, and maintaining consistent pressure in applications, leading to greater accuracy and efficiency.

A booster regulator increases air pressure from a primary supply to meet higher demands. When paired with an air tank, the system stores this boosted pressure, ensuring a stable, readily available reserve. This combination provides consistent tool performance during peak usage, reduces compressor cycling for energy savings, and protects equipment from pressure drops or surges, enhancing overall system reliability and efficiency.

Operating Instructions of Booster Valves

Operating Instructions of Booster Valves

  • Connect the inlet of the booster pump to air source

  • Gently pull up the knob of the booster valve.

  • Adjust the knob to required pressure, clockwise rotation increases the pressure, and counterclockwise rotation decreases the pressure.

  • Press the knob down

  • The booster pump will start working rapidly and will automatically stop when the set pressure is reached.

  • The OUT and IN pressure gauge value must be within the booster valve pressure range

  • After use, depressurize the tank.
