4.1 Standard Installation Steps
First, place the air storage tank on a flat and solid cement foundation, adjust the support legs to keep the tank body horizontal and vertical without tilting, and fix the anti-slip device to ensure stable placement. Second, connect the air inlet of the tank with the air compressor pipeline, and connect the air outlet with the downstream drying, filtering equipment and production gas supply pipeline. Third, install safety valves, pressure gauges and other accessories at the reserved ports, and tighten all threaded joints to ensure good air tightness. Finally, connect the drainage pipeline to realize centralized discharge of condensed impurities.
4.2 Operation Specifications
Before equipment startup, check whether the pressure gauge returns to zero and whether all connecting parts are sealed tightly, and start the air compressor to inflate slowly after confirming no abnormality. In the working process, the system working pressure shall be controlled 0.1-0.2MPa lower than the rated design pressure of the tank, and overpressure operation is strictly prohibited. During continuous production, observe the pressure change regularly. Once abnormal pressure surge or air leakage is found, stop the system for inspection immediately. It is forbidden to disassemble or block safety accessories at will.
4.3 Daily Maintenance Rules
Insist on daily drainage of the tank body, start the automatic drainage device regularly, or manually discharge water and oil impurities to avoid impurity accumulation and scaling. Check the welding seams and pipeline joints of the equipment every month to troubleshoot air leakage, rust and other problems. Calibrate the pressure gauge every six months to ensure accurate pressure monitoring data. Conduct a comprehensive internal cleaning and anti-corrosion inspection of the equipment every year to maintain the good working state of the tank body.
