Booster Tanks (High-pressure air storage ≥2.5MPa, used with booster pumps), main pipeline pressure is around 0.7MPa; booster tanks stock high-pressure gas for workstations requiring higher working pressure.
1. Air tightness leak testing: High-pressure holding leak detection (2~4MPa) for auto spare parts, valve bodies and pipelines, as well as instant high-flow high-pressure testing.
2. High-pressure nitrogen for molds & injection molding: Nitrogen cylinders for injection molding and mold nitrogen springs. Boost and store high-pressure nitrogen/air when standard compressed air pressure is inadequate.
3. Tooling fixtures & riveting equipment: Instant high-pressure clamping for automotive component riveting and hydro-pneumatic booster fixtures.
4. Hydro-pneumatic test benches: Pressure resistance & burst tests for cylinders and valves, as well as pressure vessel hydrostatic testing.
5. Laser cutting auxiliary: Storage of boosted high-purity compressed air for auxiliary high-pressure air supply.
